What to include
- The site domain the report is about, for example example.com.
- When it happened, with the time zone.
- The run id or scan id, if the report is about a run.
- The error code shown on the page, if you saw one.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
What to leave out
Do not send passwords, API keys, cookies or page contents. We never need them to look into a problem. If you pasted a secret into a message by mistake, revoke it and tell us so.
Known limits today
- You prove you control a site before sitewarm scans or warms anything on it.
- No measurement region is running yet; the regions on the network page are planned.
- The terms, privacy and cookie policies are drafts pending legal review and are not yet in force.
