Frequently asked questions

How much does sitewarm cost?

Starter is $12 a month or $120 a year; Pro is $39 a month or $390 a year. A year costs 10 monthly charges, and you choose monthly or yearly billing at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. The command-line tool is separate and has no price.

Is there a trial?

An eligible new subscription starts with a free 7-day trial. The trial needs a payment card and starts after you verify your site. Your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and you can cancel during the trial in the billing portal at no charge.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Request it within 7 days of your first charge and we refund that charge in full and cancel the subscription immediately. The refund applies once per organization, per site and per payment card. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

What is a warm request?

A warm request is one request sitewarm sends to one of your URLs from one region, so one URL warmed from 3 regions counts as 3. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, shown on the billing page. When you reach it, scheduled warming pauses until the next billing period, and nothing is billed on top.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open the billing portal from the billing page in the dashboard. There you can change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel. Cancellation and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.

Is the command-line tool free?

The sitewarm command-line tool is open source under the Apache License 2.0 and has no price. Plans pay for the hosted service: scheduled scans, measurement from the regions you choose, alerts and history. See what is public and what is hosted.
