Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied, email support@sitewarm.dev within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full and cancel the subscription immediately.
• The 7-day trial is not charged. The 7 days run from your first charge, which is made when the trial ends. They are counted from the time Stripe records the charge, not from when we process it.
• The refund applies once per organization, per site and per payment card, and covers the amount actually charged.
• The refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how long it takes to show it.

• Renewals: the guarantee applies to the first charge only.
• Accounts suspended for breach of the Terms.
• Third-party hosting or CDN costs.
• The unused part of a billing period after you cancel: we do not give partial refunds. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.
• A downgrade: it takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund. An upgrade is charged the difference between the two plans, with no proration.

The only other refunds are those the law requires and the pro-rata refund of prepaid fees described under Term and termination in the Terms of Service.

You can cancel at any time, online, in the billing portal of your account, and you may also ask us to cancel at support@sitewarm.dev. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
